How to use Start-R
Use Start-R from week 1 of the growth phase, with only 1 ml per litre of water until the 2 week of flowering. Check the downloads tab for the Mills grow chart for the exact dosage throughout your grow!

Can overwatering damage healthy plant roots?
Excessive watering can result in root rot, a fungal disease that develops when roots become saturated with water and are deprived of oxygen. This can result in root decay and eventual plant death. Overwatering diminishes the oxygen levels in the soil, causing harm to delicate roots and hindering the plants ability to absorb water. Root rot can impede the plant's ability to uptake nutrients and water, leading to stunted growth.
In order to avoid overwatering, make sure to wait until the top inch of soil is dry before watering. Additionally, lift the pot occasionally to gauge its weight - the soil will become lighter as the plant absorbs water. To help dry out overwatered soil, consider mixing in hydrated lime and compost, then aerating the soil by turning it.
