How to Use Canna Start
- Shake the Canna Start bottle well before use.
- Fill your nutrient reservoir with water.
- Add Canna Start at a dilution rate of 40ml per 10 litres of water (1:250).
- The EC (Electrical Conductivity) of Canna Start dissolved in (tap) water will vary between 0.7 and 1.3 mS/cm (this is the solution EC plus the EC of your water).
- Maintain the pH of your nutrient solution between 5.2 and 6.2, adjusting as necessary depending on your chosen substrate.
- Ensure sufficient drainage (approximately 10%) during each feeding.
- For growers using small pots before transplanting, Canna Start can be used until the plants are moved to their final grow media and a suitable Canna Vega nutrient is introduced.
